5 series of phone case
The company offers 5 series of phone case which include 7.5m anti-fall, 5m anti-fall, 3m anti-fall, 1.5m anti-fall and 1m anti-fall options, catering to the needs of various clients and providing customized mold-making services as well.
Production Equipment
The company has big production capacity. The monthly output can reach 300,000 PCS. The company also has a large investment in warehousing, which can meet large and small orders. According to the anti-fall level, the current phone case is divided into 4 kinds, 7.5m, 5m, 3m and 1.5m anti-fall phone case to meet the needs of different customers. Based on the current blank phone case, it can be customized according to the customer's designs, and can also customize the LOGO.
Epoxy resin fully automatic production line
There are three dust-free workshops for dropping epoxy, of which two are manual production lines and one is a fully automatic machine production line.
They can produce 20,000pcs of epoxy resin phone cases per day. This is a department where our company has an absolute advantage in the industry.
CNC engraving machines
There are 6 CNC engraving machines available that can engrave molds, aluminum sheets, PC sheets, magnetic suction slots, etc., meeting any of the customer's processing needs.
Molding machines
There are 20 injection molding machines available, capable of producing 40,000 pieces of phone cases per day, which can meet the requirements of large orders from major clients.
Additionally, the company has a warehouse of 1000 square meters where stock of every model and style of phone case is kept, ensuring quick delivery for small-batch clients.
Printing machines
There are 10 printing machines available that can adapt to various printing methods such as UV printing, 4-color printing, silk screening, and pad printing to meet the diverse printing needs of different clients.
Cooperation Process
We understand that our customers have diverse needs, which is why we offer mobile phone cases with varying levels of protection to provide comprehensive protection for your precious device.
Choose from 5 blank phone case sizes: 7.5M, 3M, 5M, 1.5M, 1M. All have a 1.0mm groove for customization like epoxy, sublimation, UV printing. Made of TPU+PC with Grade 4.5 anti-yellowing TPU. Thickness varies for drop resistance, usually requiring 1.8-2.8mm TPU.
Provide designs or logo, like image, color, material or specification, etc.
Based on the client’s requirements, assess the price and sample cost, confirm the details like payment terms, package, shipment, etc.
Make samples per client’s requirements. During the making samples, we can have a video meeting to confirm the samples or send sample photo or video after finished.
Confirm the sample via photo or video or deliver the samples. After the sample finished, double confirm the unit price.
After sample approved, confirm the quality points and mass production lead time. According to agreed terms, place order, produce, inspection, settle payment and deliver.
